Uppsatsen avser att undersöka vilken företagsform som är mest fördelaktig ur skattesynpunkt, samt att undersöka om det uppstår några skattemässiga konsekvenser vid byte av företagsform.Uppsatsen bygger på kvalitativ och deduktiv metod. I uppsatsen används primärdata från semistrukturerade intervjuer med rådgivare samt företag. Sekundärdata har samlats in från litteratur samt artiklar som berör ämnet byte av företagsform. Resultatet av studien visade att aktiebolag är den skattemässigt mest förmånliga företagsformen om inkomsterna ligger över brytpunkten för statlig inkomstskatt. Kan företagen inte starta ett aktiebolag från början rekommenderar vi att de startar en enskild näringsverksamhet framför handelsbolag. Undersökningen visar att det vid bildandet främst var de civilrättsliga reglerna som hade betydelse och vid ombildningen var det däremot de skatterättsliga reglerna som var mest avgörande.

This study concerns the experiences and feelings students in intermediate school gain from the changing room to sports class. It is a qualitative study with a socio-cultural approach, which has been analysed in a hermeneutic way. The students? voices have been heard through interviews and questionnaires, and furthermore, to get a broader perspective, adults working in school, have also been interviewed. The study shows that many children feel discomfort without clothes in the changing room, furthermore that the absence of adults in this room may add to exercise of power amongst the student, like abuse, direct- and indirect threats or to exclude someone from the group.

The purpose of this thesis has been to investigate the effect of introducing the qualitystandard ISO 9001:2000 at Metso Paper Service in Sundsvall. The investigation has been focused on implementation of the new method of work, Continuous improvements. The implementation has been studied in a case study with both a qualitative and quantitative method. Continuous Improvements is a way of working focused on continuously increasing the efficiency and having the purpose of achieving the formulated goals. This is often accomplished by the organisation carrying out the changing process to a great extent in small but efficient teams.

A radical change is taking place in the world today: some former colonies are now booming economically while several former colonizers are suffering from economic crisis. Postcolonial theory states that old structures from the colonization are keeping the South poor and the North rich. Today there?s a shift in these structures as former colonizers Spain and Portugal are forced to ask for economical support from their former colonies.The colonial discourse separated white from black and depicted the population in the colonies as the absolute antithesis of the Europeans. In Portugal circulated also lusotropicalism, an ideology that claimed Portugal as absolutely free of racism, a statement with great influence in the postcolonial Portugal.On the basis of semi-structured focus groups I will in this paper do a discourse analysis of young, university educated Portuguese identity/ies in relation to the former colonies and the changing relations to these countries.
